My mission is to help people grow so they can freely and fully give their gifts to the world.

 

I previously worked as a management consultant, where I specialised in helping change resistant organisations. More recently I designed financial reforms in HM Treasury and at HMRC I run coaching programmes, both open access and targeted on diversity (race, gender, social mobility and mental health).

I’ve coached over 700 people and am a senior accredited member of EMCC.
